Dallas Dornink is New Meat Laboratory Supervisor
University of Minnesota Meat Science is happy to officially announce that Dallas Dornink has accepted the position of Meat Laboratory Supervisor! Dallas graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Animal Science. He spent 3 years as a meat inspector for the United States Department of Agriculture’s Food Safety Inspection Service prior to returning to the University in 2013 as the Lead Processing Technician in the Andrew Boss Laboratory of Meat Science.
Dallas is originally from Preston, Minnesota and is married to Sarah Dornink, also a University of Minnesota graduate, and the Executive Director of the Minnesota Agricultural Education Leadership Council. Dallas and Sarah have two children, Evelyn (2) and Bryson (6 months).
