Free diagnostic services: To increase diagnostic testing among Minnesota's small-scale poultry flocks, the MN Board of Animal Health is prepared to cover the laboratory fees for diagnostic test of birds showing respiratory diseases. Prior approval must be obtained from the Board of Animal Health.
