Layer School I was held on December 2-3, 2003, at the University of Minnesota. The school provided participants with several hands-on opportunities. Below is a photo of students and instructors of the 2003 class.

The four photos below show participants performing necropsy of euthanized birds (to see what the insides should look like) and dead chicks, pullets and layers that they brought to class.
