W.E. Petersen Symposium
Professor W.E. Petersen was a
highly influential dairy scientist
at the University of Minnesota in the mid-1900s. To honor his
memory, Dr. Petersen’s family
established a fund in the
Department of Animal Science
at the University of Minnesota to sponsor dairy related symposia.
