  • Nutrition and management factors affecting the biologic and economic efficiency of cow-calf and feedlot operations.
  • Evaluation of alternative feeds and feeding and management strategies to improve economic efficiency.
  • Determination of nutrient requirements to enhance economic and environmentally sustainable beef production.
